HOW IT WORKS FOR THE PHYSICAL IN-ROOM SALE

VISIT OF VEHICLES

Every Saturday, in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Aubagne.

On the morning of the sale you have the opportunity to visit and start all the vehicles.
A team is at your entire disposal for this purpose, but also to advise you and answer any questions you may have.

THE AUCTION

Every Saturday rom 1:30 p.m.

The vehicles are sold in the state at a public auction, open to all, individuals and professionals.
The sale is officiated by an authorized auctioneer who announces the prices during the sale and auctions the vehicles to the highest bidder.
The transfer of ownership takes effect when the auctioneer pronounces 'adjudged'.
From then on, the sale is firm and final, the customer becomes the owner of the vehicle, the sale is irrevocable and can in no case be canceled a posteriori.
The sale by auction is recorded in the minutes and payable in cash.
In addition to the auction price, the buyer will have to provide for auction costs of 15% (with a minimum of €300) as well as €140 for administrative costs (€70 for car dealers).
The general conditions of sale are available at the reception.

TO BE ABLE TO BID

In order to be able to bid you must imperatively provide yourself before each sale with a platelet to be collected at the reception.

To remove the plate you will need to have:

  • A credit card deposit in the amount of €500 (not cashed) or a payable to Parcs Enchères (you must be the holder of the check) or €500 in cash left as a guarantee, this is essential in order to be able to bid.
